The item is super cute and very high quality. I got it as a gift for my mother and she was very happy with it. My sister was jealous she didn't find this for her first. I was very impressed with not only the product but also the packaging as the item came in a really nice plastic protective cellophane/plastic with an adorable printed cardboard hang tab. I'm a sucker for cute packaging and because this was a gift, it added that much more magic. Definitely a thoughtful added touch I really appreciated. Because USPS hasn't been on their game in my area, I panicked when tracking wasn't updating and messaged the seller in that panic; she was very kind and patient in her responses and of course the package arrived without a hitch. I was accidentally sent a Christmas ornament instead of a keychain, and Ingrid responded quickly and promptly corrected the error. Shipping took a little longer than expected (it was just a few days, nothing excessive) but that's not really the sellers fault. The keychain is absolutely adorable (so was the Christmas ornament!). The keychain is well made and the hardware doesn't seem flimsy. I would definitely recommend if you love Pyrex or have a Pyrex lover in your life! 10/10 would purchase from seller again
