Shipping and tracking
Orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

If your USPS tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your order, don’t worry—this happens sometimes. Packages usually show up within a day or two. If it still hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, just reach out and we'll help.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! You can upgrade to Priority or Express shipping at checkout.

Returns, cancellations and damages
Because orders ship quickly, we can’t cancel once they’re placed, but you’re welcome to return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, and buyer covers return shipping. If your order arrives damaged, just send us a photo and we’ll replace it right away at no cost to you.

What are ornaments and stackables made from?
The ornaments and stackable bowls aren’t glass, they’re crafted from sturdy resin. Some say they feel a bit like wood because of their weight, but they’re still light enough to hang on the tree.

Will the new trinket boxes make me cry happy tears?
Yes probably. It happens a lot.
