I was accidentally sent a Christmas ornament instead of a keychain, and Ingrid responded quickly and promptly corrected the error. Shipping took a little longer than expected (it was just a few days, nothing excessive) but that's not really the sellers fault. The keychain is absolutely adorable (so was the Christmas ornament!). The keychain is well made and the hardware doesn't seem flimsy. I would definitely recommend if you love Pyrex or have a Pyrex lover in your life! 10/10 would purchase from seller again
